山西醫(yī)科大學國際學生考勤與考試紀律管理規(guī)定
為規(guī)范國際學生教育教學工作，嚴肅上課與考試紀律,，制定本規(guī)定：
第一條 國際學生應按時參加教學計劃規(guī)定的一切教學活動,，嚴格遵守課堂紀律,，不得遲到,、早退,、無故缺席,，遲到一次扣0.5分,，曠課一次扣1分,，遲到30分鐘以上者視為曠課,，每節(jié)課簽到簽退,，無故不簽到簽退者以曠課論處。學生每年綜合測評中出勤占比12.5%,?？鄯掷塾嬤_到12.5分，予以開除處理,。任何學生一門課程請假（包括病假）超過8次,，不允許參加該門課程的考試。
第二條 國際學生因病,、因事不能參加教學活動時,，應事先辦理請假手續(xù)，并獲得批準,，否則按曠課論處,。
第三條 國際學生請假期滿應及時辦理銷假手續(xù)。請假期滿仍不能返校學習者,，按曠課論處,。
第四條 國際學生考試由任課教師和輔導員共同負責監(jiān)考，輔導員為輔助監(jiān)考,。監(jiān)考人員在考試前應向國際學生強調(diào)考場紀律,，并嚴格監(jiān)考，對于違犯考場紀律的國際學生,，應按照相關規(guī)定嚴肅處理,。
第五條 本規(guī)定由學校國際教育學院負責解釋。
International Students Attendance and Examination Discipline Regulation
This provision is made in order to standardize the education and teaching of International students.
Article 1: Student should participate in all teaching activities on time and strictly obey the rules of the classroom. Do not be late, leave early for any reason or absent for no reason. Deduction of 0.5 for a late, 1 for absence and late for 30 minutes is regarded as absence. Student should sign on every class; no sign is regarded as absence. Students attendance takes up 12.5% of the total annual comprehensive test results. Students whose cumulative deduction accounts to 12.5 points will be expelled. If the student asks for leave,including sick leave,more than 8 times in each course,he is not allowed to take that exam.
Article 2: When a student is unable to attend teaching activities due to illness, he or she should apply for approval in advance.
Article 3: The expiry of the leave of absence for international students should be handled in time. A student who cannot return on time is regarded as absence.
Article 4: The examination is invigilated by the teacher and counselor. Examiners should emphasize the discipline of exams before the exam. Students who violate the discipline of the examination will be severely punished according to the relevant provisions.
Article 5: The regulations are to be explained by the International Education School.
